Grab an avocado, some sourdough, and your favourite veggies – that’s all you need. No need for gourmet chef skills here!

Christmas Trees
Ingredients
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1 TBSP chopped veg of choice eg. capsicum, carrot, peas
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 slices sourdough bread or bread of choice
- salt to taste optional over 12 months
Instructions
- Cut two large triangles out of two slices of sourdough. Save a little extra bread for the tree stump
- Mash the avocado and spread it into the bread, seasoning with salt
- Cut the cheese stars out with a small star cookie cutter and place the cheese star on the tops of the trees
- Top with the chopped veggies and chop the bread to the shape of your tree stumps
