Apple fritters
Equipment
- 1 bowl
- 1 Frying Pan
- 1 Plate
Ingredients
- 1 apple grated
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp heaped cassava flour (could also use spelt or buckwheat)
- 1 sprinkle cinnamon
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp Ghee or coconut oil to cook in
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except ghee to a bowl, stir to combineMelt ghee in a frying pan over medium heat
- Once pan is hot, add the batter in small fritters (I made 3) and pan fry on both sides until cooked through
- Serve as a whole fritter or cut into finger shape sizes for your baby or toddler
