Macadamias are such a wonderful source of protein, and you can top your mousse with fruit and additions of your choice! We love to use seasonal fruits, and I also love a sprinkling of hemp seeds or bee pollen.
A wholesome, high-protein snack that the whole family will love!
Avocado & Macadamia Choc Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 ripe spotty banana, frozen
- 1 whole ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup macadamias
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1.5 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp milk of choice
- 2-3 tsp honey
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, avocado, macadamias, cacao powder, peanut butter, milk and honey to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and serve with fresh raspberries or pomegranate
