Banana egg yolk omlette
Equipment
- 1 Frying Pan
 - 1 bowl
 
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, sliced
 - 1/4 tsp cinnamon
 - 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee
 - 2 egg yolks or whole egg if tolerated
 - 1 tbsp milk of choice
 
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil/ghee in small fry pan
 - Fry banana until brown and caramelised
 - In a seperate bowl whisk egg yolk, cinnamon and milk.
 - Add the egg mixture to the fried banana, and fry until cooked through, flipping halfway.
