Ingredients
1/2
banana, sliced
1/4
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
coconut oil or ghee
2
egg yolks
or whole egg if tolerated
1
tbsp
milk of choice
Instructions
Heat coconut oil/ghee in small fry pan
Fry banana until brown and caramelised
In a seperate bowl whisk egg yolk, cinnamon and milk.
Add the egg mixture to the fried banana, and fry until cooked through, flipping halfway.

You can use this recipe to introduce egg to your baby (allergen)
