Imagine enjoying a creamy, fruity explosion with every bite, while knowing that these ice-blocks are packed with wholesome ingredients like blueberries, banana, and yoghurt (or kefir for added probiotics). Plus, I’ve added a sprinkle of hemp seeds to give these ice-blocks an extra nutritional boost.
Blueberry Ice-Blocks
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup yoghurt of choice (or kefir)
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 TBSP hemp seeds
Add the yoghurt, blueberries, banana, milk and hemp seeds to a blender and blend until smooth
Pour into ice block moulds and set in the freezer for at least 5 hours until firm
