- 3/4 cup dried dates soaked in boiling water to cover
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp MCT oil or melted coconut oil
- 3 beef liver capsules – opened & emptied
Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes until soft
To a blender or food processor add the sunflower seeds and gently pulse
Next add to the blender/food processor the soaked dates, sesame seeds, dessicated coconut, cacao powder, beef liver capsules opened and emptied in and the Mct oil or melted coconut oil
Blend/pulse until incorporated and sticky enough to roll into balls
Roll into bliss balls and store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. These can be frozen also for up to 3 months.
