Mango Cream Gummies

These vibrant Mango Cream Gummies are a delicious and nutritious treat, perfect for little (and big) hands. Made with mangoes, currently in-season here in Australia, rich cream or coconut cream (for a dairy-free option), gelatin and honey.

Not only are these gummies a hit with kids, but they’re packed with goodness that supports healthy bones, joints, skin, and digestion. Gelatin is an excellent source of collagen, making it an ideal snack for active toddlers. We choose to use Nutra Organics gelatin (discount code BOOBTOFOOD). Their gelatin is sustainably sourced within Australia utilising Australian grass fed bovine.

I also use the gummy moulds from Nutra Organics which are super fun – they have a few different options linked here (discount code BOOBTOFOOD).

For an extra nutritional boost, you can add also add some desiccated liver powder from Cell Squared—to help support iron levels (discount code BOOBTOFOOD).

This recipe comes from our book Toddler to Table where you’ll find a lots of easy, wholesome recipes just like these. From snacks to main meals, we’ve created simple dishes that are nourishing, kid-friendly, and perfect for the whole family.
