Passionfruit & Coconut Slice 

This little tropical delight is not only a hit with adults but has been toddler-approved as well. Perfect for over 12 months of age and also makes an incredible party slice for a 1st birthday or beyond!

This slice has a deliciously crumbly base made of almond meal, desiccated coconut, and cassava flour – gluten and grain free, with a beautiful fresh passionfruit layer on top. This layer is a dreamy blend of three fresh passionfruit’s, creamy coconut goodness, and a touch of gelatin to give it that perfect, sliceable texture.

I’ve just come home from Fiji, so one bite and i’m transported back there (without the flight with three kids!) And trust me, that tangy passionfruit and mellow coconut combination will have everyone coming back for seconds (or thirds… I won’t judge).
