PEAR & PRUNE OVERNIGHT OATS

  • Refrigerator
  • Spoon
  • Cups
  • Jar
  • Saucepan
  • stove
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice 
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup yoghurt of choice (dairy or coconut)
  • 1/2 tbsp collagen (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 pear 
  • 4  prunes 
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (optional) 
  1. Add the rolled oats to a jar with the hemp seeds, chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, collagen, cinnamon and maple syrup if using 

  2. Mix well and place with the lid on into the fridge over night 

  3. Chop the pear and prune into small pieces and stew with 2 tsp of water over a low heat in a covered saucepan until soft 

  4.  Top with the stewed pear and prune to serve
