Meatballs
Equipment
- 1 bowl
 - 1 Frying Pan
 - 1 Spatula
 
Ingredients
- 500 grams beef mince
 - 1 zucchini grated
 - 1 carrots grated
 - 1 garlic clove minced
 - 1 egg or just the yolk.*allergen
 - 2 tsp whole grain mustard
 - 3 tsp parsley finely chopped
 - 2 tsp rosemary finely chopped
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands until combined
 - Split into 24 even balls (or for babies do more log shaped)
 - Refrigerate for at least 30 mins
 - Fry in coconut oil or ghee or olive oil until browned
