Meatballs
- bowl
- Frying Pan
- Spatula
- Plate
- 500 g organic grass fed mince
- 1 zucchini grated
- 1 carrots grated
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 egg yolk ((if baby has had the whites could do a whole egg))
- 2 tsp organic whole grain mustard with no additives
- 3 tsp finely chopped parsley
- 2 tsp finely chopped rosemary
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands until combined
Split into 24 even balls (or for babies do more log shaped)
Refrigerate for at least 30 mins
Fry in coconut oil or ghee or olive oil until browned
