A good meal for baby you can prepare the day before and have ready to go for the morning.

Strawberry & Coconut Panna Cotta
Equipment
- Blender
- Small Saucepan
- Ramekins or small jars
Ingredients
- 220 grams strawberries
- 270 ml coconut cream AYAM
- 1.5 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions
- Remove the stem from the strawberries and place them into a blender with the coconut cream, lime juice and honey if using. Blend to combine
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover with a lid until all the water has been absorbed
- In a small saucepan add in the gelatin and the water. Mix and set over a low heat for the gelatin to dissolve
- Once the gelatin has dissolved, pour it into the blender with the strawberries and cream and blend well to combine
- Pour into small ramekins or jars to set in the fridge for at least two hours
