Banana egg yolk omlette

  • stove
  • Frying Pan
  • bowl
  • 1/2 banana, sliced 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee
  • 2  egg yolks (use whole egg if tolerated)
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice
  1. Heat coconut oil/ghee in small fry pan

  2. Fry banana until brown and caramelised

  3. In a seperate bowl whisk egg yolk, cinnamon and milk.

  4. Add the egg mixture to the fried banana, and fry until cooked through, flipping halfway.
