Banana egg yolk omlette

Course 1 meal a day, Baby Led Weaning, BLW, Breakfast, Fritters


  • 1 Frying Pan
  • 1 bowl


  • 1/2 banana, sliced 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or ghee
  • 2  egg yolks or whole egg if tolerated
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice


  • Heat coconut oil/ghee in small fry pan
  • Fry banana until brown and caramelised
  • In a seperate bowl whisk egg yolk, cinnamon and milk.
  • Add the egg mixture to the fried banana, and fry until cooked through, flipping halfway.


You can use this recipe to introduce egg to your baby (allergen)
