Apple Almond Grain-free Porridge
I have been eating this beautiful grain-free porridge for a few months now, and I love that its a meal I can share with the kids. Safe to have from 6 months of age once introduced to almonds and ghee (allergens). It freezes well or you can keep it in the fridge a few days.
Soured Overnight Oats
These oats are a staple in our house - mainly because I can pre-prepare them the day before, making those busy mornings that little bit easier! These overnight oats are soured, which breaks down the phytic acid on the oats, making them a lot easier to digest and allowing the body too readily absorb more of the nutrients.
Chia Gel
They are really nutrient dense - which means a small amount goes a long way, which is especially important for our babes! They are high in fibre, protein, omega 3 fatty acids, calcium and magnesium. They are also an amazing food to help prevent and alleviate constipation.
Beef Brisket
This is one of my most POPULAR recipes, loved by all! So yummy to share with your baby, the meat is tender and soft and they just love it!!
Lamb Shanks
You will likely have excess sauce - this makes a delicious pasta sauce, so make sure you keep it! It freezes well.
Pulled Pork
Here it is! Pulled pork. Sweetened by apples and cooked in bone broth. So perfect for BLW and the whole fam
BASE RECIPE - Gut Loving Gummies
Basically any liquid/smoothie and even purée will work except: pineapple, kiwi and papaya will not set due to an enzyme in them!
Gingerbread People
Perfect for celebration season. A good recipe to get the kids involved!
Homemade Marshmallows
This recipe came about by accident one day when I whisked my gummies too much and they set half fluffy.. so the next time I made them, I purposefully whipped them and voila - a gummy turned marshmallow texture!
