Mango & Cream Gummies

  •  Blender
  • Small Saucepan
  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen )
  • 1 cup coconut cream or pure cream 
  • 1 tsp honey (omit under 12 months)
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water (for blooming)
  1. Pour the gelatin into the water and stir well. Set it aside to thicken (bloom)

  2. Take out a blender and add in the mango, cream, honey and turmeric. Blend until smooth

  3. Spoon the thickened gelatin into a small saucepan with the blended mango and cream and place the saucepan over a low heat. Stir until the gelatin dissolves

  4. Pour into gummy moulds or a baking dish to set in the fridge for at least three hours

1 meal a day, BLW, gummies, Snack

How long do these keep for in the fridge? And is there a limit on how many gummies a toddler should have a day? He is loving them 😅😆

Usually about a week - and no specific limit as long as they are a part of an overall varied diet :)

About 1/2 a tsp finely grated should be sufficient, but you can play around with it to your desired taste
