SERVES: 8 balls
These collagen balls are nice and smooth combining cashew butter and soaked dates, easy to blend and filled with good fats.
Cashew Collagen Balls
GF | DF | EF | RSF
- High speed blender or food processor
- 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 3 tbsp collagen
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 4 dried, pitted dates ((can swap for 2 medjool dates))
- 2 tbsp coconut oil

Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until combined

Roll into small balls and place in the fridge for up to five days
