AGE APPROPRIATE: once tolerating cashews (allergen)

These collagen balls are nice and smooth combining cashew butter and soaked dates, easy to blend and filled with good fats.
Cashew Collagen Balls
Equipment
- High speed blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cashew butter allergen
- 3 tbsp collagen
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 4 dried, pitted dates can swap for 2 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until combined
- Roll into small balls and place in the fridge for up to five days
