These collagen balls are nice and smooth combining cashew butter and soaked dates, easy to blend and filled with good fats.

Cashew Collagen Balls

GF | DF | EF | RSF

  • High speed blender or food processor
  • 1/3 cup cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp collagen
  • 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 4 dried, pitted dates ((can swap for 2 medjool dates))
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes to soften

  2. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until combined

  3. Roll into small balls and place in the fridge for up to five days
