Cherry-ripe smoothie

GF | DF | NF | RSF | EF

  • Blend 
  • 1 frozen banana
  •  handful frozen cherries
  • 250ml  coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1 TBSP  hemp seeds
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp   cacao powder
  • pitted date

Optional:

  • 1 serve collagen powder
  • 1 serve foraged for you powder
  1. Blend and serve and enjoy!
