Gingerbread Smoothie

  • Blend 
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup ice
  • 250ml  milk of choice
  • 1/2  tsp  cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp   ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp   ground nutmeg
  • 2 TBSP  hemp seeds

OPTIONAL:

Optional:

  • Vanilla protein powder (not under 12 months of age)
  • 1 TBSP  maple syrup or 1 medjool date
  1. Blend and enjoy!

AGE APPROPRIATE: 6 months +
