Mango ‘Weiss’

GF | DF | RSF | EF

  •  Blender
  • 1 frozen banana
  • cup  frozen mango
  • 300ml   coconut milk
  • 2 TBSP  desiccated coconut
  • 1 TBSP  honey (omit under 12 months)
  • 1 TBSP  macadamia nut butter or a small handful of macadamia nuts (I use Noya
  • macadamia nut butter- but use any nut butter you like if you don't have macadamia)
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth, then serve.

AGE APPROPRIATE: 6 months +
Optional:
2 TBSP milk kefir (great for some probiotics – can be coconut or dairy milk kefir)
Notes:
Other milk sources should not displace breastmilk or formula under 12 months of age.
Can be frozen into ice block moulds
Omit honey under 12 months of age.
