Age Appropriate: when tolerating eggs

I love this version of pancakes. Combined coriander, spinach and basil to make a delicious savoury pancake!
Green Pancakes
Equipment
- Blender
- Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander
- 1/3 cup baby spinach
- 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup cassava flour
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (omit under 12 months)
- 1 small garlic clove diced
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ghee (for frying)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend until smooth
- Preheat a frying pan with ghee over a medium heat. Once hot, spoon in the batter to form small pancakes
- Fry until small bubbles appear on top, then flip and fry until cooked within
