Purple Probiotic Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 60 grams frozen berries
- 45 grams cooked beetroot
- 50 grams frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 ripe spotty banana, frozen or fresh
- 1 date
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 3 tbsp kefir - this can be reduced if necessary and subbed with extra milk or swapped for coconut kefir for dairy free
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
