About the recipe

Wholesome, chewy, and naturally sweetened – these ANZAC-inspired biscuits are a nourishing twist on a classic.

Made with spelt flour, rolled oats, coconut, and naturally sweetened with maple syrup, they’re perfect for toddlers and the whole family. Dairy-free and gluten-free options included.

These Healthy ANZAC Cookies are a nourishing take on the nostalgic Aussie favourite. Chewy, golden, and made with whole food ingredients, they’re sweetened with maple syrup and packed with rolled oats, coconut, and the optional boost of collagen for extra protein.

This version skips the golden syrup and refined sugar, but keeps all the flavour and texture we love. A beautiful lunchbox-friendly option or snack for little hands – and they freeze beautifully too!

Age Recommendation:

Suitable from 12 months+, particularly if your little one is confident with chewable textures.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve as a morning or afternoon snack with a cup of milk or warm tea (for you!)
  • Perfect for lunchboxes or picnic snacks
  • Crumble over yoghurt for a fun twist

Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
  • Freeze for up to 3 months – we recommend freezing them flat in a reusable container
