About the Recipe:

These creamy blueberry ice-blocks are the ultimate summer treat — refreshing, nourishing, and so easy to make! Bursting with antioxidant-rich blueberries, naturally sweet banana, and creamy yoghurt or probiotic-rich kefir, they’re the perfect way to cool down on warm days while giving your little one a healthy snack. The addition of hemp seeds adds a subtle nuttiness and an extra boost of healthy fats and protein to keep little tummies satisfied. A simple blend-and-freeze recipe that the whole family will love!

Age Appropriate:

Suitable from 6 months + (offered as a cool teether alternative or a refreshing snack on hot days)

Notes for BLW or Puree:

For younger babies, you can pour the mixture into small silicone moulds or mini icy pole trays for easy holding. To make it gentler on gums, allow the ice-block to soften slightly before offering.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve straight from the freezer for a refreshing snack or after a day in the sun. For older children, you can dip them in crushed freeze-dried berries or coconut flakes for extra texture and fun.

Storage Fridge & Freezer:

Store in the freezer for up to 3 months in silicone moulds or reusable icy pole containers.
