About the recipe

These creamy choc cherry ice blocks are naturally sweetened and packed with healthy fats—perfect for a refreshing summer snack the whole family will love.

These delicious choc cherry ice blocks are a hit with kids and adults alike—creamy, fruity, and chocolatey with just the right amount of sweetness. They’re made with simple wholefood ingredients and are the perfect way to cool down while still nourishing little bodies.

Banana brings natural sweetness, cherries add a tangy boost of antioxidants, and the cacao gives that rich chocolate flavour that makes these feel like a real treat. We love using cream or coconut cream for a dose of healthy fats and a beautifully smooth texture.

They're ideal for hot afternoons, soothing sore gums, or offering as a make-ahead snack you can feel good about. You can also blend and serve straight away as a smoothie bowl if you don’t have time to freeze them!

Age suitability:

Suitable from 12 months+
