Looking for a wholesome, high-protein snack that feels like dessert but is packed with nourishing ingredients? This Choc-Avo Whip is everything you need and more.

Made with healthy fats from avocado, plant-based protein from macadamias and peanut butter, and natural sweetness from banana and a touch of honey—this mousse is smooth, chocolatey, and ridiculously moreish. It's a snack the whole family will love, and it’s a great way to sneak in extra nutrition without the fuss.

Perfect for toddlers, lunchboxes, or a satisfying after-dinner treat for parents, too. Best served cold with fresh fruit on top—like raspberries or pomegranate for a little pop of flavour and colour.

Age Suitability:

✔️ From 12 months+ (due to the inclusion of honey and peanut butter).
If omitting honey and peanut butter, it may be suitable from 6+ months—ensure individual allergens have been safely introduced and tolerated.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve chilled as a nourishing snack or healthy dessert

Spread on toast, pancakes or rice cakes

Use as a dip with apple or pear slices

Storage:

Freezer: Not recommended—freezing will alter the texture.
