About the recipe

Great for constipation from the prunes and healthy fats - and also amazing for allergen exposure (peanuts)

These fibre-rich, healthy fat-filled little balls are a delicious snack and a great tool for gentle constipation support. Prunes are a natural source of sorbitol and fibre, which help get things moving, while hemp seeds and coconut oil offer nourishing fats for digestive support.

They're also a fantastic way to offer early and ongoing peanut exposure, making them ideal for allergy prevention strategies. Soft in texture and freezer-friendly, they make a perfect lunchbox snack or on-the-go bite.

We dive deeper into constipation support and gentle food-based approaches in our Constipation Masterclass and our free Constipation Blog—if your little one is struggling, you're not alone.

Suggested age range:

Serving suggestions:

Perfect as a mid-morning snack or lunchbox addition.

Storage tips:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 3 months—just thaw slightly before serving.
