Sour Lemon Spirulina Gummies

  • Small Saucepan
  • Stirring Utensil

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (roughly 3 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina
  • 2-3 tsp honey (or maple syrup if under 1)
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water for blooming
  1. Bloom the gelatin by stirring the gelatin into 1/2 a cup of water and leaving aside to thicken

  2. Pour the additional water into a small saucepan with the lemon juice, spirulina and honey. Add in the thickened gelatin and heat over a low heat until the gelatin has melted. Stir well to help prevent any lumps of spirulina

  3. Pour into gummy moulds and set in the fridge for at least two hours before serving
