A good meal for baby you can prepare the day before and have ready to go for the morning.

Strawberry & Coconut Panna Cotta

GF | DF | EF | RSF | NF

  • Blender
  • Small Saucepan
  • Ramekins or small jars
  • 220 grams strawberries
  • 270 ml coconut cream (AYAM)
  • 1.5 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey (omit under 12 months)
  • 2 tsp gelatin
  • 3 tbsp water
  1. Remove the stem from the strawberries and place them into a blender with the coconut cream, lime juice and honey if using. Blend to combine

  2. In a small saucepan add in the gelatin and the water. Mix and set over a low heat for the gelatin to dissolve

  3. Once the gelatin has dissolved, pour it into the blender with the strawberries and cream and blend well to combine

  4. Pour into small ramekins or jars to set in the fridge for at least two hours

AGE APPROPRIATE: One one meal a day, OMIT honey under 12 months of age
