Tropical chia pudding

About the recipe
This is one of those recipes I come back to when I want something easy, nourishing and ready to go — especially on busy mornings. It takes just a few minutes to prep the night before, and by morning you’ve got a beautiful, soft chia pudding that you can share with your little one.
I love recipes like this because it means you’re not making separate meals. You can sit down and eat the same thing together, which feels like such a small win in those early days of solids.
Chia pudding is such a staple in our house. It’s gentle on little tummies, naturally nutrient-dense, and perfect for those times when digestion might need a bit of extra support. Plus the tropical flavours just make it feel a little bit more fun (and usually a bit more likely to be eaten!).
