About the recipe

These passionfruit coconut gummies are a creamy, tropical treat for babies and toddlers. Made with coconut cream, tangy citrus, and gut-nourishing gelatin, they’re a fun, whole food snack that supports digestion, skin, and immune health.

These creamy passionfruit gummies taste like a little tropical holiday — with a nourishing twist. Made with gut-friendly gelatin, coconut cream, and the tang of citrus and passionfruit, they’re a snack that’s both fun and functional.

Gelatin is packed with collagen, which helps support your little one’s digestion, immune system, and skin health. And the coconut cream makes these extra rich and satisfying — just the thing for little hands to hold and mouths to explore.

Just a note: coconut cream is delicate and can split if overheated. Keep your heat low and stir gently. If it does split, don’t worry — they’ll still set beautifully and taste delicious, they’ll just have a layered look!

Age Suitable:

Suitable from 6 months+, once baby is confidently eating solids.
These gummies are soft, high in healthy fats, and easy to grasp when cut into strips.

Important note for babies:
If serving to babies under 12 months, we recommend setting the mixture in a glass container or shallow baking dish, then cutting into finger-length pieces. Small gummy moulds can pose a choking risk for younger babies.

Serving Suggestions

Serve chilled as a fun midday snack
Cut into strips for baby-led weaning
Add to snack plates with fruit, egg, or soft veggie sticks
A great lunchbox addition for older children

Storage

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
Not suitable for freezing, as coconut cream may separate when thawed

Ingredients

275 ml tinned coconut cream (we love AYAM brand) or you can use full-fat dairy cream

3 tbsp lemon or lime juice

Pulp of 2 passionfruit

2.5 tbsp gelatin

½ cup water (for blooming)

Method

Pour the gelatin into a small bowl with the water, stir to combine, and set aside to bloom and thicken.
In a small saucepan, add the coconut cream, passionfruit pulp, citrus juice, and bloomed gelatin.
Warm gently over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin has completely dissolved. Be careful not to overheat — this helps keep the coconut cream from splitting.
Once smooth and fully combined, pour into silicone moulds or a glass baking dish and place in the fridge for at least two hours to set.
If your coconut cream does split, the gummies will have a layered look — but will still taste amazing.
