Choc Sesame Bliss Balls (with hidden liver)
Equipment
- 1 Blender
- 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup dried dates soaked in boiling water to cover
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 serve organ powder
Instructions
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes until soft
- To a blender or food processor add the sunflower seeds and gently pulse
- Next add to the blender/food processor the soaked dates, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, cacao powder, organ powder and the coconut oil
- Blend/pulse until incorporated and sticky enough to roll into balls
- Roll into bliss balls and store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. These can be frozen also for up to 3 months.
