Choc Sesame Bliss Balls (with hidden liver)

Equipment

  • 1  Blender
  • 1 bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup dried dates soaked in boiling water to cover
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds 
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut 
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 serve organ powder

Instructions
 

  • Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes until soft 
  • To a blender or food processor add the sunflower seeds and gently pulse 
  • Next add to the blender/food processor the soaked dates, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, cacao powder, organ powder and the coconut oil 
  • Blend/pulse until incorporated and sticky enough to roll into balls 
  • Roll into bliss balls and store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 5 days. These can be frozen also for up to 3 months.
