Mushroom, Macadamia & Miso Mince

GF | can be DF | egg free – contains nuts and soy (MISO)

  • Fry Pan
  • Measuring Spoon
  • Can Opener
  • 100g mushroom
  • 30g macadamias
  • 10g miso
  • 200g tinned diced tomatoes
  • 50g water
  • 2 tsp  ghee or olive oil
  1. Finely dice the mushrooms 

  2. Crush and finely dice the macadamias 

  3.  Heat a fry pan over a high heat and add in the ghee or olive oil

  4. To the pan add the miso, macadamias and mushrooms and cook on high for three minutes 

  5. Pour in the diced tomatoes and water and bring to a simmer. Cook for a further two minutes

Age Appropriate: once tolerating macadamia nuts and soy

Able to be frozen: yes 

* This can be served as is or served with your choice of pulse pasta or roasted vegetables
