Apple Almond Grain-free Porridge
I have been eating this beautiful grain-free porridge for a few months now, and I love that its a meal I can share with the kids. Safe to have from 6 months of age once introduced to almonds and ghee (allergens). It freezes well or you can keep it in the fridge a few days.
Soured Overnight Oats
These oats are a staple in our house - mainly because I can pre-prepare them the day before, making those busy mornings that little bit easier! These overnight oats are soured, which breaks down the phytic acid on the oats, making them a lot easier to digest and allowing the body too readily absorb more of the nutrients.
